What we need from you

  • Adequate water supply during the service.
  • Electricity supply for our equipment.
  • A step-ladder where required.
  • Access to all areas to be cleaned.
  • Cash, jewellery and valuables kept locked under key before the team starts.
Terms & conditions
  1. Old, permanent or stubborn stains cannot be guaranteed for complete removal.
  2. Inaccessible areas are excluded from the scope.
  3. Heavy furniture and fixtures are not moved unless separately agreed.
  4. Customer provides an adequate water supply during the service.
  5. Customer provides electricity supply for the team's equipment.
  6. Customer arranges a suitable ladder / step ladder where required.
  7. Customer should provide access to the service area.
  8. Cash, jewellery and fragile valuables should be kept secured before the service starts.
  9. Additional work outside the listed scope may be chargeable.
  10. Payment is due as per the agreed booking terms.
