Yes. Sahara supplies trained housekeeping staff and office boys on a contract basis for offices across Pune and PCMC.
Can you also supply security guards?
Yes, security manpower can be included in the same facility management contract.
Which premises do you cover?
Offices, IT parks, showrooms, malls, hospitals, industrial units, warehouses and housing societies, plus glass and facade cleaning.
How are contracts billed?
Monthly, with a GST invoice. Scope and manpower are agreed in writing after a site visit.
Terms & conditions
- Old, permanent or stubborn stains cannot be guaranteed for complete removal.
- Inaccessible areas are excluded from the scope.
- Heavy furniture and fixtures are not moved unless separately agreed.
- Customer provides an adequate water supply during the service.
- Customer provides electricity supply for the team's equipment.
- Customer arranges a suitable ladder / step ladder where required.
- Customer should provide access to the service area.
- Cash, jewellery and fragile valuables should be kept secured before the service starts.
- Additional work outside the listed scope may be chargeable.
- Payment is due as per the agreed booking terms.
